Search problem, limit to just one manufacturer

I'm trying to search just the Oliver group. I can't find a way to access just that group and the Google search is no better. Can someone help? I've tried lots of term variations.

Specifically I am trying to read about outside dust entry in an Oliver. I do not want hundreds of hits for every other brand.

Thanks.

If you hover over the "manufacturers" tab, a drop down list appears then you can click on the "Oliver" category. It looks like there's only 3 pages of Oliver specific threads so it shouldn't be hard to search them.

Show me how to search one of the Manufacturer's sub forums. I cannot get it to work. I could certainly read all three pages of threads but I want to know how to find a term _within_ a thread, without having to read every darned one. Many of those threads have information that is not related to the thread title - the conversations head off in many different directions.

Thanks,

JD

You might try sending a personal message to any of the Oliver owners you find in those threads and ask your question.
I think you are looking for a needle in a haystack, asking about dust.

Forget "dust" , that was just an example, can we get back to my main question?

If Search will not allow searching in these subgroups, OK! But then what is the point of Search?

I'm sure you'll find the answer to that question.

John, the "search forums" option has always done that for me also, getting thousands of non-related topics in the search. If you use the "search site/google" option at the bottom of the search field that seems to net better results.

Why it works that way I don't know.
