Are the ghosty lines appearing under some words on the forums related to the maintenance project?
They look like dashed remnants of the underlining usually linked to ads.
They won't copy here, so here's a link to a thread where I see quite a few in the first post.

They're tags Francesca. If you hover the cursor over one of them, you'll see a message.
