Trouble editing a post

Hi all!

Can someone explain to me how I can edit my post?

I need to change some info on my 17 ft Escape trailer for sale.

Leo, because of a major hack a number of years ago, members are restricted to editing a post to within the first 24 hours. If you go over the time limit, the "edit" button disappears. You can either reply in your own ad to reflect the changes, or request a moderators assistance in the edits.

It's a PITA, but with reason.
