Hi: Lex& Rita... Well all good things must come to an end... but friendships and memories last forever!!! Glad you got some more New York Striploin steaks and sweet corn. It was wonderful to meet you both and share a tiny bit of your adventure. We hope you have many more trips in the BIOD. Safe journeys Alf & Mary Anne

Our journey to and in North America has come to an end. Its was allrighty wonderful. With lots of 'wow, oh my god' moments. Nature in NA is great, as almost everything is big. But we most liked meeting all those wonderful people :-) As: John & Meg, Suzie, Mary & Skip, Catherine & Dave, Mike & Lori, Colleen & Steve, Ellen & Brett, Garth & Kathy, Nancy & Fred, Jacquie & Bill, Del & Sandy, Nancy, Joy, Donna, other participants of the Oregon Gathering, Ian & Paddy, Alf & Mary Anne, Raymond & Monique. (Hope we didn't forget somebody.) Thanks to all the folks who showed interest in our journey by email, our guestbook and the forum of fiberglassrv.com and helped us to make it a great happening. We hope to meet you in cyberspace again and maybe in real life. Thanks for making our journey the trip of our life :-)
Hugs to all you guys ;-) from Lex & Rita, aka RiLex

THANK YOU Lex and Rita. Meeting you has added immensely to my memory book. All the work and effort you put in "Touring North America" will allow me to relive some of your trip and recall things of my younger years.

Safe travels!

We really did like the Fall foliage in Canada and The US.
How about Fall Foliage in our village?

Lex and Rita,
Sorry we didn't get to meet you on your brief trip through Florida.
The leaves in your village are beautiful... Are the trees a type of maple?

We just came back from North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and western New York. The leaves were amazingly beautiful... especially the mountainsides along the highways in NY, VA, and W VA. A patchwork of brilliant yellows, oranges, and red, with the green of the conifers. I love autumn in the north.

Hope you had a great trip home!

Sherry

An easter story
During our itinerage in America we bought a glass egg in the Crater Lake giftshop.
It travelled with us to Baltimore where we repacked it into our travel bags.
When we unpacked at home on oct 15, 2009, we did not find the egg. We looked at every possible place, without result.
On easter sunday 2010 R. was strolling the garden (That is a normal habit, because she maintains the garden.) and finds the glass egg under a shrubb !!!!
We haven't the faintest idea how it got there and for how long it has been there. We don't expect to get an answer.

If you ask the question to me, in a sense it is a 13' camper: the inside length is 13' 4".
But the overall length is 19'.
