So, now you fantasize about towing two towables? Is that an Escape I see between your Volvo and your Biod? (In your sig file.)

Lizbeth, you are so correct! I have Lex's NA web site bookmarked on my toolbar and look forward to his posts every day. This IMNSHO is a travelogue to end all travelogues----I wish everyone at FGRV watches this unfold. Photos are gorgeous. Just look at the lovely, manicured, municipal campsites in small Iowa towns. Hope this is giving other fiberglass campers an idea where to stop as they travel through the middle of our country. Lex and Rita, store your rig someplace on the east coast, then come back in another year or two and see a whole new set of places---and give us Americans and Canadians more new views of our own countries.

You have given us a lot to enjoy!

Welcome to Detroit!

The Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village are two of my favorite places. (just across the street from my office. I like to walk the Village over lunch time to work off stress) The museum also does a nice tour of the local Ford manufacturing plant. (I can be seen in there sometimes!) Not the cheapest attractions in town tho'.

Hi Steve, thanks for your recommendation.
But we visited downtown Detroit and we like it :-)
We are now in Niagara Falls, Riverside Campround with view to the Niagara River. Nice campground, but probably mosquitos. It is humid. I 'll attach a photo when it is ready.

Sorry to miss you. Didn't think you'd be here so fast and work kept me off the site for almost two weeks so I lost track of your progress.

But you're heading towards another pretty area, the Adirondacks and New England!

Hi: Lex& Rita... I'm green with envy . Why is it that work gets in the way of having fun??? Did you travel thru South West Ontario from Detroit to Niagara Falls?

I've been enjoying your site and sharing it with my husband. You've given me some great ideas for future trips. Many thanks!

I do hope you enjoyed your visit to Chicago--we live in the area and have been playing tourist this summer. We're hoping to take the Segway tour of downtown sometime soon.

Alrighty, then we 'll stay here this sunday :-)
I think there will be a site.
Do you want me to ask or do you give them a call?
(I did ask, there is a vacancy.)

If you come, would you be so kind to print the document: http://biod.info/2009na/Overstapservice.pdf for me? Thanks.
(I suppose you do have a printer.)

We had a nice time with Alf and Mary Anne.
Glad that they were able to come and meet us.
A&M prepared a very nice meal and as dessert we emptied a full bottle of Icewine (200 ml)
And the 'Our Escape Hatch' is a great 5th Wheel

Rita and Lex are just leaving us for their way back to USA.
They are wonderful people and it has been a great pleasure to meet them.
I wish them a nice route for the rest of their way back.
