From what I can tell by the description in the app store; it appears they are separate, and need to be purchased individually. I don't have the expensive one.

I love RVParky as do a few other comments. Worked for me on Android, was accurate. I could see the spots, make a call to them right from the app and of course it was free.
I will check out the others listed above.. Cant have too much of a good thing.

I've got the $10 android version. It includes public camp grounds, private camp grounds, rest areas, welcome centers, dump stations, truck stops (Loves, Pilot, etc. as well as some independents), Walmart and Sams clubs, low bridges, steep road grades, RV dealers, propane dealers, Dicks Sporting goods, Cracker Barrel, and probably more. I would expect the apple version uses the same data base. Raz

That's good news Raz. I'm going to get it. I'm sure the iPhone version works the same. The short description of the app didn't include that much detail. Good to know. Thx!

Yes, the iPhone and Android versions are the same. I have used both.

I have to confess I really haven't used it. Our only Internet access is through a Verizon MFi with a 5 Gb data cap and maps use a lot of data so I'm waiting for our trip to the local library. Their it's free wifi and it's fiber. Raz

I use it extensively. First for planning at home or in campgrounds where we have WIFI. I use it as needed during travels and did not exceed our 2g limit on a 5 week trip. During that period we also used data for news, the forums, and other v research without going over the limit. So, my conclusion is: you are safe use it if needed whether you have WIFI or not.

Footnote: we do not stream videos the biggest data hog but we do post pictures of v our trips.
