Do you like to Boondock?

If you like to boondock in Free places or minimal price places ? This site may interest you as much as it does for me. I've searched all the other free sites and none even come close to the amount of sites here.
(If you want fancy pools and clubhouses you won't find that here)
On your computer it is Free so click the link and then click on your state, put the map into aerial view and you can actually see the site your interested in.
The iphone has an app and an android app will be out soon. I was lucky enough to get a Beta Test for the Android.
The computer site has a download for your Nuvi etc Gps
I am not connected any way with this site but just really enjoy the content.

Thanks for the link, I just added it to our I Phone. We prefer camping off the grid to any other type of camping. I recently added 200 watts of solar to our camper for this reason.

Yes, we have gone there for the last 3 years with our 13' Scamp, and now will be in our Lil Snoozy. I would have liked to go to the gathering in Sedona Dec 12-14, but we have tickets to see 3 dog night on the 12th in Vegas.
Let us know who you are when you tour our Snoozy this year.

Another site that comes in handy is called freecampsites.net
I like it as its not cluttered up with parking lot camping at Walmart etc.

Thanks, Joe! We've done the boondocking thing numerous times. Even in a Walmart parking lot for 2 nights straight. It was part of a rally in North Bay, Ontario. Your info helps! Now if we could get a list like that for Canada, that would be better yet

He just two days ago added android availability and while i know it's not good for Canada I asked him about Canada through his "Contact us" Link and said "Yes it is in the making" so contact him and ask him to put you on his "Inform me" list and he will contact you when it's available. He just contacted me with the Android availability"

I have no vested interest in this link just find it to be the most thorough boondocking,BLM,state,Federal etc list i've ever seen.... I've put others along side it for comparison and while they where good he had plenty more places in a given area

Yes $3.99
Just use the Free one on your computer and print out maps of the ones you like..... I did that for quite a while then i purchased the one to install on you nuvi or whatever gps and while it was good it didn't show all the sites at one (only single at a time) now with the app i can see everything at once in satellite view and drive right to it as long as you have a signal.... each site gives the co-ordinates just in case.
If you have an iphone all the better (I don't ) because they use a different type of map that holds the info if signal is lost
I see your in Oklahoma which is one of myfavorite states and i looked it up on the app ..... Lots of great campng there
Use the Free desktop one for a while and see if you like it like i did

Thanks for the info Joe. I put it in the iPhone this morning. I've used the Ultimate Military Campground app before, and found it helpful as well.

Posts like your's are really helpful.
