You should put a warning up before you post pictures like that. Some of us haven't had breakfast yet. It all looks REALLY good!

I know what you mean. We are actually on a low calorie diet. We try to stay 1200 calories a day during the week and then on weekends like this, we try to walk it off with hiking/biking. We've lost about 15 to 16 pounds eating this way, but I bet we gained a couple of pounds this weekend. It was worth it though.

Thank You! We do love Cast Iron cooking! I have quite a few skillets, but I'd like more Dutch Ovens.

Please, Try the Cinnamon Roll Waffles! They are the best!!!! I can't remember what forum where I got the idea. I'm on a number of camping forums.
