I have to go to work tomorrow (Monday, February 19th, President's Day), but I still joined another group I am affiliated with for a Valentine's Day theme weekend get together.

I got off work at Noon on Friday, picked up Robert, and started the weekend with a relaxing lunch not far from home.

After lunch, we headed north, just over the San Diego/Riverside county line to the Pechanga RV Resort to meet up with (hopefully) new friends. It is nice, a relatively new facility.

Even though the site appears to be level concrete, my level indicators showed a definite slope.

Most of the others there were in Motorhomes, or 5th wheel trailers. There was one 25' Airstream.

It was Very windy. After setting up and then retracting the awning twice, I just gave up and left it closed.

We were popular, as the "Cute" rig. Everyone wanted to L K, since we were not just another $200K Motorhome.

Hope you're having a great time. And hang on to your hat!

It IS cute Frederick....and if single guys only knew what a "Chick Magnet" these trailers are, they'd line up to buy one I don't particularly care about that...but when I drive my old Tug, guys come around to look in droves....often with a wife in tow

Being different than the rest is kinda cool

I am jealous. To be camping in February and close to home would be wonderful!
I may see a campground in June when the weather warms up.
