Im going camping!!!!!

I have a weekend with no photoshoots and it is supposed to rain but I DON'T CARE. I'm finally getting outta here! K, it is at a yogi bear campground, nobody else has spots and stuff for kids so this us where we will go. The camper isn't perfect. It leaks, I will bring towels. Haven't tested the propane. I will bring a stove and cooler. But I have a bed, roof over my head and my family. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO TONIGHT!!!! and I'm kinda hoping my little camper gets all the attention everyone says it will. It will be fun to show her off for her maiden voyage

What ever you forget, the campground store will have it at twice the price. Who cares? Enjoy

That a girl - get out and have fun! If you have a pop up canopy you can always put that over the trailer to save on wet towels - its a trick used a lot here a lot on the wet coast by folks who develop leaks on small trailers they haven't got around to fixing yet.

A tarp or duck tape will help. You can turn the weekends forecast rain into something positive by being able to locate your leaks.

My first trip with my Scamp was a learning experience.I wrote oodles of notes to myself of things that needed fixing,or little projects to call it home.

Have great time!! Take a battery fluorescent lamp and a couple good magazines, and you can read in bed, and really savor the experience. Nothign beats tucking the blankets around your neck and settling into that pillow!
