Leo Carillo Campground in Malibu destroyed by fire

It is very sad, but I thought you should know, especially if you were planning a trip there soon, but Leo Carillo campground was at least partially destroyed by Woolsey fire that ravaged Malibu in the last few days.
It was a beautiful campground with lots of old sycamore trees.
Below is the article, in case you want to read for yourself.

Alex in LA: thank you for the update. The entire fire situation is a horrible tragedy; the loss of this campground is yet another instance of that horror. Hope you and yours are well and safe, and deepest sympathy to those who have suffered losses.

Is it named after Poncho the SideKick to the Cisco Kid?
He came to our Rodeo once in Fort Madison, Iowa

I remember the Cisco Kid. I saw him at the Snake River Stamped in Nampa, ID back in the late 50s. I remember a statement he made. "The guns they carry on their hips are 45's because they have 45 shots without reloading". If ever watched any of old movies you seen this to be true.
