Just returned from a
fiberglass rally held in Minden, Ne, just about in the middle of the US. Surrounded by farmland and lush prairie grass is
Pioneer Village. Mr. Warp has gathered in one place an amazing collection of early american artifacts, from autos to actual buildings. This collection will take you days to observe.
Surrounding the museum is the campground, which is quite reasonable and staying there allows you access to the museum. Costs were approximately $20/day with water and electric.
The town center is within walking distance, 5 blocks away with the old fashioned "town square" surrounded by shops, a Rexall drugstore, post office, restaurants and some historic buildings.
