I still don't understand why companies have such an aversion to refunding money. Maybe I could see it if you spent the two nights there and didn't say anything, and then once you left, you asked for your money back. But when you go in, and right back out? Come on. Especially since you can't go in and check it out first. That should almost be a red flag right away, if you can't go in to look around, don't stay there. Granted there are times where you are tired, and have no choice, but then I guess it sure beats sleeping at a rest stop.
