We are planning on meeting our son and his family in the Colorado Springs area (N. of Woodland Park). Has anyone camped in the Pike Nat'l Forest Campgrounds there. We did about 23 years ago and it was nice as I remember. We will be boondocking and are going without Reservations, hoping to get there on Monday 30 July. From the Nat'l Forest web site, it seems there is only a dump site at a group campground near by. The plans are to stay the week. How are our chances? or
