Point of Rocks, Prescott, Arizona

We just spent a few days in Prescott, Arizona. Our family was gathered for a military honor guard ceremony for my father at the National Cemetery there.

We always stay at the Point of Rocks Rv Park while in that area. It is just north of town in the very scenic Granite Dells area. There is a row of small back-in sites that are just right for small trailers. They are often available because the big rigs will not fit in them. On the plus side, these are the most scenic and private sites in the park. While we were there, only one other of these sites was occupied - by a small Airstream. We also appreciated that this park was absolutely quiet at night.
