We are currently in the KOA in Coatesville, PA. I would highly recommend this campground. There are almost no bugs! Maybe they spray, I don't know. Our campsite is comfortably wooded and separate from the neighbors (although husband and wife are arguing so loudly that I have resorted to headphones and Ren Faire music).
The local amenities are great! We went to Valley Forge yesterday and biked the paths. We went to the Brandywine Battlefield today and had a great tour, then drove the battlefield which is the largest of the Rev. Wineries, antiques, canoeing, and lots of old houses to look at.

Great time. We are leaving early tomorrow, so we can make it home for 4th of July festivities for the hubby's new job. Will miss this place,

CindyL

Cool Too much to do; not much time to do it.

Right now I'm sitting at home waiting for the holiday week-end to be mostly over. Then on the 4th we're heading for Mt Rainer, Mt Baker, North Cascades NP, and ???

We plan to leave the holiday weekend to the holiday travelers, we'll travel when the crowds are thinner and the reveling less desperate.

Depends on what time of the day get into that area, but don't be surprised if we do show up for quick look and a bit of conversation. I know that KOA. We've done some carving events at the Friday Creek just up the road. Now don't go losing all your money at the casino..

Sorry I missed you. We spent more time at Mt Rainer that I expected. Had a great time. Now home.
