Henry Horton is great. But for any of you traveling to Tennessee; Fall Creek Falls State Park is incredible too. It is below Cookeville. Numerous waterfalls. One is highest waterfall east of the Mississippi. Many miles of hiking and biking trails. Very clean park. Not to forget to mention a great inn with great food and buffet. Great nature center and gift shop and book stores. Also there is a really neat Shawnee man that owns a trading Post just outside the park.

I wish we'd known earlier you were there. We would have ridden over to see you. I live about 20 min from Henry Horton here in Columbia. If you like "woods", that is DEFINITELY the park to visit!

And, don't forget, if you are looking for a little something different to do, the Oliver trailer facility is in Hohenwald, TN. They will give you a free tour of the place.

You are right. Oliver is about 55 miles from HH. Fall Hollow Campground is also located just a few miles from Oliver right off the beautiful Natchez Trace. It's not a "wooded" campground but is close to the Natchez Trace Pky and Oliver. Oliver sends their customers here for the first night of ownership for them to get use to it and help them work out any kinks.

What ever you do, avoid the Natchez Trace KOA...it is a DUMP. I cant believe KOA will leave their name tied to such a campground.

If you are going to Hohenwald, TN recommendation is to stay at the Lebanon TN KOA. Fall Hollow is only good for your overnight shake out if testing out your new Oliver.
