Great little park just outside Mt. Dora.

Very un-advertised. Small, quiet. No swimming allowed. But fires, yes. Camp site had paved seating areas with camp tables and barbeque pits, fire pits and benches, right on the water. Water and power hook-ups, clean facilities with hot and cold water and showers, boat ramps, Nature Trail etc.
We drove up Friday afternoon having made a res over the phone a couple of weeks ago. We needn't have, as there were about one third of the sites still available when we got there. No site plan available but we couldn't have picked a better site even if there was.
I was dubious about the weather going to be too hot but it was supposed to get down to 69 and did cool off beautifully; we ended up sleeping with the covers on!!!
Woke up to the sounds of birds and a fresh breeze coming off the water. Fantastic! Highly recomended.
