Trip to Southwest from Texas

Jon...thanks for the positive comments....I'm just trying to follow your lead in recent trips.....I've decided that since I'm already at the Koa , I'll stay here for another 5/6 ndays...use it as a base camp, plus it will give me an opportunity to test drive the Xterra and make sure its fit to hitch up the wagon.....if not I can take it right back to the Nissan folks and have then fix it right....only somewhat downside is the weather may turn...30%+ chance of rain for the next 4 days.....oh bother...its still been a GREAT trip......again thanks, and if there is anything you thing I can improve on photography wise or on the blog in general please let me know....later Horst

Donna...thanks so much for your kind words.....I know what you mean about living vicariously through others...I do the same thing.....having this Casita, being able to camp off grid, and seeing this great land, being US of A or Canada, has been one SUPER experience....next year the reopened game plan is 4 months in Canada and Alaska...again thamks for visiting the website/blog....glad you enjoy it...Horst sends
