van de Kamprz 2016 vacation

9487 is us at Manning Provincial Park on the first night. We note that a propane campfire has so many advantages but one significant drawback: flame heat is too low to make golden roast marshmallows.
9545 is on the shores of Koocanusa Lk at J's Ranch in SE British Columbia.
9556: access to J's Ranch is not for the 'faint of heart.'
9563: glamping at the family homestead near Granum in S. Alberta.
9653: picnic lunch break at the Old Man River Dam Recreation Area off Hwy 3 in S. Alberta.
9654: nabbed the second last available campsite at Kickomun Creek Provincial Park in SE British Columbia.
9662: Beaver Creek Provincial Park south of Trail, British Columbia.
9712: settled in at Kettle River Provincial Park near Rock Creek, BC.
9754: hauling water the smart way at Kettle River Provincial Park.
9759: all packed up at Kettle R. and heading for home, Surrey BC.

Our first vacation using 'Sunny' was such a delight and success. We followed the Crowsnest Hwy 3 from Hope, British Columbia to Fort Macleod, Alberta for a family reunion, and then reversed our route home, completing the journey in two and a half weeks.

Looks like you had a great time. I always worried about the amount of gear I carried along with me. Looks like you handled everything just fine. I am not going to worry so much anymore. Good Luck. Carl

Looks great but where and how on earth did you stow all that gear?
