For those that have pm'ed me inquiring about what camp hosting is like and how to get into doing it, there is opportunity open now.

My current employer, HooDoo recreation, is looking for hosts in the Pacific Northwest. If you want to try it out, this is a great concessionaire to work for. I really love my job here. The pay is quite fair, the work is fun, the people are great and you can't beat the accommodations if you are an avid camper! I still can't believe that I get to live in this beautiful campsite that I would have driven hours to spend a weekend in in my past life.

Now, it isn't all fun and games, you have lots of cleaning of unsavory things to do, and you have to be good at dealing with some sometimes unsavory people, but 99% of the time, the campers are wonderful. I have met some great folks and had a few "Its a small world" moments as well.

HooDoo has the system down pat and everything is easy, understandable and well laid out. Yet, at the same time, it is very relaxed and comfortable.

Please contact Mark at HooDoo. He can explain the locations, duties, perks and pay etc.
