Not quite "TOTALLY" original condition, but there is quite a bit of original equipment there.

Right on there Raya. My first question is: where's the bumper? The exchanged stovetop and carpet (what's with that?) on the small cupboard can be dealt with but lack of a bumper is a serious downside IMHO. Where does the propane tank connect?

And finally there's the price! Yikes! I know I got a good price on mine but 5K is (IMHO) way too much.

Also, the front and rear driver's side upper marker light lenses are missing (the originals are stamped with the U-haul name), and two of the dinette cushions are being used as the seat cushion for the front gaucho.

The original outside seam trim was white on the ones I've seen.

It kind of looks like the cupboard door might be missing behind the carpet sample -- that is a bit odd. Also, the upper bunk is carpeted wood instead of the original fabric upholstered piece. I think the "seam strip" running up the inside is not the original greyish carpet but a replacement carpet.

The furnace is missing. And the table is not there. Also, the original curtains and curtain wires are not there. I don't see the closet latch, but that might be out of the photo.

None of these are insurmountable problems, mind you, but then why say it is in "excellent TOTALLY original condition"? That's what made these items jump out at me - not because they are not things that could be worked on.

Raya

PS: And actually, that is a suggestion I have made for the upper bunk on the U-hauls. Upholstered, it leaves only a very narrow ~12" deep seat on the couch. This way, you could use a Thermarest pad on it for sleeping and have more room to sit during the day.
