My wife would have conniptions but this sounds like a rare and possibly amazing FTT. From a few minutes of internet research, it appears to be a European made unit. It's currently on eBay and located within driving distance of my house (sigh). I don't really need one more project but this is so tempting.
These are fairly rare in North America, but come up for sale a number of times each year. Alas, they are not fiberglass, but an aluminum skin over an aluminum frame.
