Looks like Robert Johans' creation is for sale again. Previously $25,000 in Portland and now just under $15,000 in Seattle. This is quite fascinating!

Absolutely, it is my inspiration for my current renovation. I am wondering why it is being passed around so much, considering it is essentially brand new. I haven't seen any nicer custom work than what Robert has done.
