Nice looking camper. Are those actually the original hubcaps? I have never seen any.

Those could be original hubcaps, I have seen one uhaul with the originals on it. The story is that Uhaul removed and discarded the hubcaps so as to be easier to check the lug nuts. Apparently some Uhaul locations did not do that. On our trailer I'm using a set of toyota hubcaps that I had on hand, just gray color, but better than none at all. Bob

Went and looked at this today. It was the first fiberglass trailer we have seen the inside of. Everything was wet, but we definitely know now we want one of these but a little bigger.

I take it when you say everything was wet, you mean on the outside? or were there leaks?

Wow, how did the owner try and explain that away? What a buzzkill that must have been.

We didn't talk to the owner after seeing it. She bought this to resell and had told us last week where her shop was and where to find the trailer. Since she wasn't around we just let ourselves in to the trailer. She isnt easy to contact. We have called her several times with no answer to our messages or our email prior to going out to see it. She finally answered the phone one day when we called on a different number. The inside looked good except for all of the water. It had a window out that had a black bag taped over it. I wonder if she hadnt gotten it covered before it rained. I don't know. Personally we just wanted to see what one of these trailers looked like. We didn"t want to pay that much for a ten footer anyway and she didn't want to come down since she bought it for resale.

Water in these trailers is no big deal. The carpet can be dried out or replaced. The cushions can be air-dried or taken to a professional cleaner. The rest of the inside is an easy wipe down process since the walls are fiberglass, not ensolite. It sounds like the missing window is the main culprit, but the fan could be leaking, too. Again, not a big deal, except for finding the correct size window. There are several answers on this forum about replacing these windows and using other model windows (Scamp, Casita, etc.). The price seems to high for this amount of work, but the work itself is not hard.

The size is officially a 13' UHaul CT, but that counts the front tongue.
