interesting concepts too bad they couldn't make it. in my home town we had
fiberglass boat builders the original went broke another group of investers bought the molds and started reproducing almost the same boats. they went broke too.
we had another here come in started making luxury pontoon boats they did ok for a couple of years they went broke. they rebounded came back doing the same thing but they just couldn't break through.
startup costs are so expensive it just seems hard for a new company to sustain itself for the 5 or 6 years it takes to make a business plan work then at the start all that cash rolling in makes it hard to figure out where it went! you bonuses on top of bonuses!
this is why I admire the
fiberglass trailer boy they seem to be satisfied with what they get and don't try to put the stick boys out of business. no one can touch their business. what they have developed I don't think even warren buffett is interested!
