That does look nice! You might want to coat it with a clear lacquer to keep it from starting again.

Heads up everyone: I am moving this Burro to eBay this Sunday. Here is a preview of the listing for you FRV members:

FOR SALE: 1999 Burro 17' Widebody Travel Trailer
Toilet & Shower. Sleeps 3 adults. Upper bunk can be added for infant.

This 17' Burro Widebody Travel Trailer is in a class of the smallest & lightest fully-contained travel trailers available on the market today. The Burro is also a known collector item with retro appeal and modern function. Fiberglass trailers new & old have proven their utility for being durable, light, and waterproof. Similar competitors in the same market include the Casita, Scamp, Trillium, Boler, and Escape.

The Burro 17' Widebody version is an entire twelve inches (12") wider than conventional travel trailers. It also adds three inches (3") in height yielding greater headroom and even more storage space. The 1999 Burro 17' Widebody is considered a high-mark for the Burro, noted for its fit & finish and also for being the next-to-last year of production, adding to its rarity.

With this trailer I made two trips in 2012 and it towed easily with a borrowed Toyota Rav V6. Tires are in good, ready to-go condition (B78/13 ST). It is for sale now because the vehicle capable of pulling it never got purchased as I had planned. NO air conditioning has ever been installed; none of the windows nor the roof have been modified.

The standard items included, as well as the options that were first-owner selected and remain in this trailer are listed below:

Standard Equipment Package:
Full-sized Bed / Rear Dinette
2 Melamine Table Tops with Edge Trim and Pedestals
Heavy Duty Bumper
Recessed Tail Light
