It's in your neighborhood...have you checked it out? At face value, looks like a good deal. I'll be calling in the morning, but if anybody's seen it, I'd love feedback.

I did look at this Casita. The interior is in great shape. The exterior isn't too bad - some tiny blacks spots that look like road tar. Also a little bit of surface rust on the tongue. It was super windy so we didn't pull out the awning. The sales lady said that this trailer was owned by a couple from Seattle that kept it at their son's house here in Bellingham so that when they came up to visit, they would stay in the Casita. I don't know much more than that. I would have bought it but it is more than I need (ie, more money than I can afford!).

Looks clean
The bed in the 17' is 54" wide, in the 16' it is 48" wide.
