At only 1000 lbs and with torsion-bar suspension, this trailer is a dream to pull with almost any car. It has roof combination AC/heater, fantastic vent fan, three-way frig, gas
furnace, fresh water & grey water tanks, and city water hook-up. It does not have a bathroom, but does have a portable sani-potti. The front couch converts to bunk beds and the dinette makes into a double bed. It is insulated for winter & summer comfort. The entire unit is in excellent condition.
