2008 barely used 17' Spirit deluxe Casita, these are top of the line trailers. We are the original owners of this trailer, and it has been used a handful of times. The color scheme is blue/gray, there is an awning, it is cable ready, has an air conditioner and heating, has a gas cooktop. It has a refriderator, bathroom with shower and toilet. It has a roof vent, a 25 gallon water heater, and a high lift axle. It is ready for a t.v. and microwave, but we didn't want either one so you would have to put those in yourself. We have all the paperwork that came with it. It sleeps three adults. We are pretty firm on the price!!!
