Hi Terry, Me Lynn again. I might be able to live with a 13 ft. I feel like I need the extra storage of a 16-17, if nothing else, with 4 of us. But someome suggested we keep our luggage in the mini SUV. And a 13 would be an easier pull. Seems like a lot of the 16-17 ft MFRVs have a bathroom and to me that is wasted space unless I convert it to a closet. I dont think I want to deal with chemicals in tanks and dumping sewage - especially when I have a kid I have to watch every second. I just want a tiny portopotty I can carry into a bathroom like we used to have sailing. And I think most the 13s hage a closet to sit that in for middle of the night use only. So, please send me info on the 13 if you find out more about it. Thanks, Lynn
