This one might be real. I found it listed on another site with the location as Longville, MN which happens to be about halfway between Duluth and Fargo, MN. Makes sense then to have listed it on 2 different craigslist's.

This is a REAL listing. I know it for a fact as I live about 100 or so miles west of Longville and have communicated with the owner. It's just that he has it for sale in a city west, Fargo, and east, Duluth, of him. I think it's also listed in Minneapolis/St.Paul too. I don't think there's any problem in maximizing your listing area coverage.

Here are the listings for it with photos showing no snow. Now it looks WAY better than it sitting forlornly in piles of the white stuff! Notice in the Brainerd listing it's $350 less than the Minneapolis listing. One of the phone numbers in each ad/listing is identical.
