Somewhat surprisingly, furnace
is not standard equipment on a Casita
, while air conditioner is. I guess the fact they are built in the Dallas, TX area is part of it.
As to pricing, bone stock a new Casita is $17000 US. This one is seven years old, but does have some options like awning
. Like other FG RVs, depreciation is really slow. and since the price is Canadian, not so bad. Add that it is being sold by a dealer (usually higher pricing) and you don't have to wait five months for a new one.
