There is a 1973 Amerigo listed today on eBay in Grand Junction Co..
The trailer is a piece of cr## and the title is the original from 1973.
The title shows a lien holder and their is no lien release on the title. There is major cracking on the body around the upper left hand corner of the door.
The seller is not the owner listed on the title and the trailer has not been licensed for years.
Seller had agreed to have all lights and appliances working when I arrived. Nothing worked!
He knew it was an 856 mile one way drive for me and agreed to have the heater working so I could save at least one night motel expense. It was 5 degrees in Grand junction that night.
The mans a liar and possibly a thief.

Same thing happened to me exactly.
I drove from STL to San Antonio to pick up a Casita from a lying thief.
Somehow I had even seen pictures that masked the damage and I guess he thought I would just go ahead with the deal despite the rig being unsafe to drag the single mile to a Camping World, much less to my home?

I have to believe that Karma has a funny way of dealing with these jerks though they are clearly not bright enough to understand.
