Located Fancy Gap, VA south of Roanoke on the N. Caro. line. No decals or striping but looks pretty good. Rims are 13" and there's a residential AC in the front window. A front couch model without bath but at the starting price, it looks a decent deal. Fun to see if it sells at the usual
