Likely purchased at receivership when Bigfoot went under.

Bigfoot? I don't understand. As far as I know, there has never been a relationship between Trillium / Outback and Bigfoot, nor has Trillium / Outback ever been in bankruptcy.

I called Joe Thoen, the owner of Trillium / Outback. He is also quite confused.

So, I called Trillium / Outback. After I talked to Joe the first time they arranged to go see the shell. They thought that something might be up.
The guy had purchased the shell from a former business partner of Joe's with the intention of putting it on the back of a truck. Why no kitchen or insulation, who knows.
Joe bought the shell for less then the asking price, finished the trailer, and has already sold it.
