The ad says 1983, NOT. With a serial number of 13-2201366, This puts it in 1974 territory. This trailer is in ROUGH shape. The fact that it is waist deep in garbage is the first problem. Since I was not able to get inside, I can only tell you that there are a number of questionable mods, and a strong smell of animal waste.

The out side is painted, (poorly). There are also a number questionable mods on the outside as well, including a second vent, right at the top of arch in the roof.

I though that at $1000 dollars, I was going to find a diamond in the rough. Unfortunately, all I found was rough.

He was just guessing. The ad was place by the son of the seller. He did not know much about it.
