I took a look at this one today. Although described as "fair" condition, I would consider it a complete gut job. The exterior looked quite decent actually however. I didn't see any damage. Windows all looked fine. I didn't check the frame/wheels as I didn't want to lay in the ice and snow.

Anyway, if you're LOOKING for a trailer to gut and rebuild the interior on - this one looked to me like it would be a good choice. I passed on it - but only because I wasn't looking for that large of a project and it would have been stuck sitting in the yard for a year making my wife and the neighbors "happy".

If you think you may want it - I would move fast. He told me he is moving out of his home in 2 weeks.

Hope someone here gets it and makes it nice again.

Sounds like a dandy for what I have in mind, but no way can I get up there from OK to IN until middle of March.

Yes, I changed my mind and went back to buy it myself...

Fun part's gonna have to wait for better weather. I'm not gonna go out and mess with it in freezing cold.
