I took a look at this one today. Although described as "fair" condition, I would consider it a complete gut job. The exterior looked quite decent actually however. I didn't see any damage.
Windows all looked fine. I didn't check the frame/wheels as I didn't want to lay in the ice and snow.
Anyway, if you're LOOKING for a trailer to gut and rebuild the interior on - this one looked to me like it would be a good choice. I passed on it - but only because I wasn't looking for that large of a project and it would have been stuck sitting in the yard for a year making my wife and the neighbors "happy".
If you think you may want it - I would move fast. He told me he is moving out of his home in 2 weeks.
Hope someone here gets it and makes it nice again.
