17' 2012 Casita Fiberglass Travel Trailer Bought New,in April from the Factory in Texas. The Liberty Deluxe Trailer was used 3 times for local camp weekends. Come with high lift axle, 15" tires, outside shower/wash station, furnace, fantastic fan, 25 gallon water, air conditioning, enclosed aluminum awning, 3-way refrigerator, 4.0 CU FT. Various sleeping options with 2 single beds or 1 double bed or a large kingsize bed.Have 2 tables or 1 table. Full bathroom with shower. Dry weight 2480 lbs. 3500 lb. axle. Yes, that one has been for sale quite a while and the price has dropped a small amount. I feel bad for them as I am sure it is only due to their location that someone hasn't bought this pretty much brand new trailer.

This trailer has been reduced to $15999 now which is a great deal for a 2012 Casita 17 in BC. If anyone is looking for one they should give them a call, you could always put it in storage till the roads were better.

Mark your right we dont see Casita's come up for sale around here to often - seems to be about one a year. Location, Location just like real estate it does seem to impact trailers. Good bet if it was located in the lower mainland it would have gone long ago - but suspect few from the south are wanting to head north into snow country to tow it home. There was a real nice Escape up in Prince George? early last year that was on the market much longer than one would think it should be - but come spring thaw it went fast.

One a year is more than I'd have guessed. But I'm still newish here. I see bolers everywhere now though. Saw another back yard neglect today.
With the dropping in price for the Casita I wonder if it's a "need to sell". For one or two thousand extra I'd wait until spring, post an ad and say I'll be in Vancouver one weekend. You could show it at a day use park.

The initial poster was just posting an ad that they saw so go to their posting and click on the link to the kiji ad and the contact info will be on that ad. It had been reduced to $15500.
