I went to see this trailer. It is in ROUGH shape. The fiberglass is in good shape, but there are stress cracks around the window screws. The elephant hide (ensolite) on the ceiling is about 30% detached. It is in one piece though. I did not see any tears in the ensolite. I would try to reattach it. It is also starting to detach in other places. Trillium / Outback has rewired it, and put a new coupler on. Definitely a fixer upper.

I wonder what would be the best course?
I think detach the elephant hide compleatly to the T bar, then, with it dangling, re glue it with contact cement. It would be nearve racking trying to get it right on the first try.
The saggy bit was heavier then I expected, It may have been more stiff then heavy though.
