These are usually rentals. They get some hard use but are usually fixable. It is best to see it in person or at least get some input from someone who has seen it. Plan on getting new tires and having the bearings repacked before going any distance with it. Govliquidation has a rep that you can contact with questions.

We met a member of the military in a campground in GA that was using one of those Casitas. He said the first time he used it, it was almost new and in great shape. Next time he took it out it was beat up. Typical of rental equipment. May be a good deal though.

I have purchased a bunch of these at surplus sales on a couple local military bases. I fixed them up and sold them. Some after using them myself before I decided to buy my new Scamp. Made a nice profit too.
Part of the problem is that the rental people just didn't do nearly as much proper upkeep and repair. They aren't that hard to maintain if you bother to try. It's often a local sealed bid sale so it might be worth checking with them so see if they have any they are planning on selling.
When they are sold on this site the bidding can get pretty wild. We'll see.
