That has been re-listed. It is a misprint showing 2012 as the year, it is a refurbished older unit.

I don't think that "2012" is a misprint- looks deliberate to me.

W-a-a-a-y down in the description they do admit that it's really a 1970's trailer...but I'll bet they're basing the "2012" year on a refurbished/reissued Title...

I don't trust photos to show everything, because you just can't beat an in-person inspection. But this looks like a pretty nice refurb!
