"Hunter"/ Compact II Yard Art???

It's not exactly "For Sale", but you never know...
I spotted this little guy in a yard on State Route 20 about 5 miles west of Okanagan, Washington- I took the first two pictures from the road. The next day a lady cutting the grass let me look at it up close ,and I snapped the picture of the ID plate on the sly.
Here's the info on this trailer make and model from our site- it's definitely a model II, and is the original color, including the silver side striping...
(The following is from Fiberglass RV - Compact (Hunter) Trailers)

"Compact (Hunter) Trailers

The Compact line was manufactured in Chatsworth, CA (in the San Fernando Valley) by Hunter Structures. Two models, the "Jr." and the "II," were both 13 ft., with rear door and a roof section that lowered for towing. The II was better equipped (with water heater, furnace, toilet, and 3-way refrigerator) and was built later. They came in a "rainbow of colors": Light Blue, Pastel Pink, Yellow, Lime Green, Red, and Tan."

Might be worth keeping an eye on if you live in Eastern Washington!

It's a Compact Jr.

Um... Compact Jr. had the full length pop-up roof. The Compact II only had the back half pop-up.

This one has all the equipment as quoted above from FGRV's page:
"The II was better equipped (with water heater, furnace, toilet, and 3-way refrigerator) and was built later."
Maybe it predates the "Compact" line- no such name on this trailer.

Or maybe our page is *gasp* wrong.
I owned a Compact Jr. and this looks exactly like mine on the outside with the exception of color.

>>>Compact Jr. No Compact II ever came with the full trailer length pop-top. Also, a bit of INCOMPLETE information was the quote about the Compact II coming with toilet and 3-way fridge. I have the original brochure and it clearly states that these luxuries were OPTIONAL ONLY and at a much higher cost to have installed...just like the Casita 13'...can come Standard or can pay way higher to have the bathroom option installed.
My 2 Compact II's, both were not ordered by their original owners to be equipped with the toilet or the fridge. The majority, just like Casita and Scamp, come in the Standard version.

It dawned on me that this might be a Trailswest and the FRUGAL CAMPER's own trailer, here on the FBRV. He lives in Eastern Washington and said his had no maker PD on the trailer, as Francesca says about this one. How funny if he sees his written up, here, telling folks to check (w/license plate numbers) if he might sell it. If it's his, he just bought it recently and is THRILLED with owning it, especially after he remodeled it! Who knows if we'll ever learn the end of this story..

Are you out there DOC...can you comment on this?

On the tag the model is listed as "CJ1001". Could "CJ" be "Compact Junior"?

I see we've once again wandered cheerfully off into The Land of Missing The Point of The Original Post...

It's only a heads up to a Possibly Purchaseable Egg, folks!

The trailer belongs to the lady I spoke to, who's had it for years and doesn't use it much anymore.
And it's definitely a 1971 "Hunter", as indicated on the ID plate.
And it has the amenities listed above.
