Is that canvas or a plastic tablecloth for a picnic table. Sorry, I couldn't resist that, but it is a neat little camper, and we have seen similar small ones in campgrounds a few times.

I bought one of those brand new back in the 70's, pulled it with my Gold Wing motorcycle with sidecar. I found it very easy to tow, easy to set up, and very nice to "live" in. A wife, daughter, and myself found it quite nice.

I got a lot of use out of it, was very well constructed too. It got use as a spare bedroom for guests, camping with the motorcycle of course, and was towed behind my early CVCC Honda Civic for conventional camping too. Loved that trailer!

The pictures are too beautiful to be lost after the Craigslist ad disappears, so I posted them on Flickr.

That really is cute and unique. Even the motorcycle people get to pull a tiny camper!

A bit of history. My own reason for buying that particular one, was my knowledge of trailers. Most all motorcycle trailers at that time were VERY short coupled things, short wheelbase between the hitch and the axle. As a result, they were twitchy little things, handled very poorly. I knew this wheel placement would counter those problems, and it sure did, it handled like a dream!! Back in those days in the desert southwest, cruising at speeds well over 90 with this trailer was "normal" and created no handling problems whatever.

When my Dh and I owned the rv park. We had two guest who came in with those. Super cool! And roomy'er than you would think.

Don, I have a question for you, Why couldn't this be towed being a car? The car's that have a small tow cap and want to stay within it? Would this be an option for them?

In this day and age we see motorcycles towing trailers, motorcycles towing cars, cars towing trailers.

I wonder if motorcycles come with recommended towing limits.

Mine was towed behind a car and a truck numerous times. My daughters thought it was great for a night at the local lake with friends. They were young and inexperienced drivers, I had no problem with them pulling it around since it was so light.

Tom, that is a very good question! Never heard anyone talk about such a thing but we sure see a lot of bikes towing trailers.

My sis has a Bimmer Z3. She always thought it would be great to have a motorcycle trailer for carrying luggage or golf clubs. Hummmm, but then her BH or myself would have to teach her how to back it up!!!...

My kids cheated with the Cycle Kamp trailer, just unhook it and back it up by hand!

That's not cheating, that's being smart and efficient.
