NS (Canada) - 1980 - Trillium 4500 - $2000

If you are in the area, run, don't walk! This is the best deal this year. This is a deluxe model. 1980 is realistic. The furnace is a forced air model, the offset drawers in the kitchen also indicate at least a 1979. It has an almost front dinette.

The light on the closet kinda confuses me. The fabric that the cushions are made of is on the front of the fridge.

hmmmm...shows area code 780, which is northern alberta. perhaps this guy is legit, maybe works in the oil sands. however, nova scotia's area code is 902.

just a cautionary note.

How does one know it is a forced air model?

Also, 'almost front dinette'? This one looks exactly like mine (2008) and I would call it a standard/ gaucho floorplan?

Curious...

No vent where the gravity furnace would be, and a forced air vent on the first picture, below the side window. They put forced air furnaces below the dinette seat on the curb side. You can kind of see it in the second picture.

With the space freed up where the gravity furnace would be, there is enough room for a very small 5000 but AC unit there.

At that price, I am surprised it lasted as long as it did. Someone got a really good deal.
