Having been what you call a "flipper" for some years now, I feel compelled to comment...
We have always added FAR more value than we have collected in payment.
Many people who would like to have a
fiberglass RV, don't have the skills to upgrade and rehab one to a level which is DOT safe and esthetically pleasing, with all systems functional.
They get all that at a very reasonable price from me and many other "flippers"
Here is just one example of a rehabbed trailer which was
sold for $3800, after driving 1200 miles to retrieve it and months rehabbing it.
It included all new DOT wiring and house wiring as well as everything from cabinetry to upholstry, appliances and fantastic fan as well as A/C.
Painted pine must sometimes take the place of oak, and PermaWhite in place of automotive
paint, but the overall value delivered is untouchable.
My Point? I see "flipping" as a service and not some contemptable form of predation...
Before and after ....
