Lightweight so easily pulled by small vehicle. It's 13 feet long including the hitch. The shell is made of
fiberglass along with the countertop, closet and seats. Has
propane stove and electric
refrigerator which also works on 12 volts. New cabinet doors and tabletop, curtains, carpet. Everything in working order. Has sink with fresh water tank and a manual pump. Table turns into a bed and couch turns into bunk beds. Good
