Scamp MH Back on ebay!!

It's back! The Scamp Motorhome that was on ebay and sold for around 7K if I remember correctly is back on ebay. Still being sold by the same dealer so dont know what happened to the sale but here is it:

I can tell you exactly what happened. I was the winning bidder at $6000 right up until the last second. I was outbid by $10. It appears to me as though the dealer outbid me because he didn't like the price it was going for. I called eBay because this sounded shady to me. eBay said the owner and the buyer agreed to cancel the sale. I was not contacted for a second chance sale. I sent an email to the dealer and asked why I wasn't offered a second chance and have gotten no reply.

Now I'm not sure I even want to buy it because I don't want to give my money to someone that dishonest.

eBay told me the seller has listed this 3 times now, April 1, April 16, and again 5 days ago. I think the seller keeps buying it back if he doesn't get the bid he wants. Why does he keep listing it with no reserve?
