Trillium 4500 eastern PA

Sitting on a dealership lot. Front toilet/ sink model. Looks like it needs a lot of work. $5000 seems high to me but then they ain't making them any more . Notice the msrp of $7000 Raz

I also noticed the sleeping capacity of four. Since the only bed is the rear almost queen bed, four would seem crowded.
Might have a fold up bunk above that bed?

+10 Very rare layout. If it was closer, I would take a look. My favorite vintage Trillium layout.

Considering it is for sale by a dealer, price doesn't look that bad. On the other hand, one would have thought dealer would have at least hung drapes back up and reattached bunk before taking pictures.

Congrats Randy!
I have the parts for a fold up bunk above the bed, but I just can't figure out how it is installed. Please take pictures.
