Selling my 1979 Trillium Travel Trailer
It is a Trillium 4500 Series
15 feet overall length, weighs apprx 1,200 lbs.
Inside there is a sink, a stove, a 2 way fridge, a heater and a porta-potty.
The dining area in the back converts into a bed that will sleep 2 people, the small dinette in the front of the trailer will convert into an additional sleep area for 1. There is a closet and there is alot of storage space.
It also has 2 awnings, one for the front side and one for the back side, see it in the pics. This little trailer is in AMAZING Condition for its age.
Licensed and ready for camping!!!
Sale price is $5,000
Please note there is no a/c.

You'd think they'd have the decency to wait a few days! I love the "I'm selling my dearly beloved" tone of the ad. But wait- there's a propane tank and battery on it now- and let's HOPE new rubber. That's gotta be worth the markup, right?

I wonder if the new owner is going to get the screen room advertised with it before...

Also:

Does anyone believe the present temporary owner intends to pay the sales tax and title it in his/her own name before flipping it????
WARNING TO PROSPECTIVE BUYERS:
Make sure of the paperwork before you hand over any money! If you can't show a bill of sale from the name on the title, you're likely to have a big problem with the registrar!

Are you guys kidding? Even at $5000, that is a fair price. Just because the original owner did not know what he was selling, does not mean that this person should not sell it for what it is worth. I beleve in proffit. Hey, if the shipping did not make it impossible, I would call and ask if he wants to sell any add a room that he may, or may not have. I don't see the dammage from the WDH.

I only hope Rodre sees this. It is exactly what he wants.

Pros:
Front dinette
Deluxe, (not sure they made a front dinette that wasn't)
Nice awning
Is that an awning off the back?!?!

Cons:
......that drawer is kinda peeling......
